The University Glee Club of New York's 257th Member's Concert
The University Glee Club of New York City takes the stage on January 6th, along with the Voices and Sirens of Gotham, in an exhilarating performance running the gamut from classical choral works to pop music.
In December, many of us were delighted by a holiday concert presented by the Crickets of the University Glee Club of New York City. Early next month, we will have the opportunity to enjoy more of the UGC's wonderful music-making. The full University Glee Club will take the stage at 8 PM on Saturday, January 6th at Jazz at Lincoln Center's Frederick P. Rose Hall.
The program for the evening covers an impressive breadth of musical genres, from contemporary choral classics to sea songs and pop music. Singers from two NYC barbershop choruses. the Voices of Gotham and the Sirens of Gotham, will join the UGC in this exciting and wide-ranging program.
